Specific privacy policies may be adopted to address the specific privacy requirements of particular jurisdictions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cross-Border Transfers<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your personal information may be stored and processed in any country where we have facilities or service providers, and by using the Website or by providing consent to us (where required by law), you agree to the transfer of information to countries outside of your country of residence, including transfer to the United States, which may provide for different data protection rules than in your country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Categories of Personal Information We Collect<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We collect personal information from you, including, but not limited to, name, occupation or job title, employer or place of business, business or home address, business, home or mobile phone number, business or personal email address, and any other personal information you may provide to us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The use of personal information collected through our service platform shall be limited to the purpose of providing the service for which a Client (as defined below) has engaged Propel Health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We collect the following kinds of personal information from or on behalf of the Clients:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Speaker Profile: Password, Username, Affiliation, Title, Personal Contact Information such as address and phone numbers and we may ask for specialty information like SLN (Subscriber Line Number), NPI (National Provider Identifier Standard), etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We also collect the following information from our Clients or our Clients\u2019 end users:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Travel Information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uploaded Documents<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Curriculum Vitae (CV)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Biographical Information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pictures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expense Submissions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We use this information for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Profile management;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Activity acceptance\/decline (speaker confirmation) and activity management;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>invitations to speakers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>travel management;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Content access, posting and management (content library);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expense management and payment detail; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Training management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We collect this personal information on behalf of our Clients. &nbsp;If you are a speaker (Propel Health\u2019s Client\u2019s end user) of one of our Clients and would no longer like to be contacted by another one of our Clients that use our service, please contact the Client that you interact with directly or you may contact us directly (see the Your Right to Request Deletion section and User Access and Choice section below). &nbsp;If you are a Client and would like to update your account please contact us at Marketing@propelhealth.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Propel Health may not have a direct relationship with certain individuals whose personal information it processes. &nbsp;An individual speaker who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct their query to Propel Health\u2019s Client (the data controller) responsible for your personal information to ensure continuity of your business relationship; however, you may also contact us directly (see the Your Right to Request Deletion section and User Access and Choice section below). &nbsp;If requested to remove data, we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Propel Health will retain personal data we process on behalf of our Clients and our Clients\u2019 end users for as long as needed to provide services to our Client.
